Prepared a list of key products and materials needed by the client. 

Developed a strategy for evaluating suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost. 

Expo Attendance: 

Engaged with numerous suppliers and manufacturers to gather information. 

Collected samples and brochures for detailed analysis. 

Established initial contact and built relationships with potential suppliers. 

Evaluation and Selection: Evaluated the collected samples and information based on the client’s criteria. 

Shortlisted the most promising suppliers for follow-up discussions. 

Coordinated with the client to ensure alignment with their requirements. 

Outcome: 

Successfully identified several high-quality suppliers. 

Facilitated initial negotiations and set the stage for potential partnerships. 

Provided the client with a comprehensive report, including supplier evaluations and recommendations.
